Shipping & Returns

ORDERING

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing it to prevent any delays in processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All paintings, prints, and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Janelle’s studio in Atlanta, GA. You can expect your order to ship within 2-7 days of your purchase date. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

UNITED STATES — We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All original works ship free through UPS. All prints and products are shipped via USPS.

OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS to ship all international orders. All orders shipped internationally are final sales and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

OUR RETURN POLICY

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us at hello@froggieflor.com within 5 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
